Been away a long time

I haven't blogged anything in a few months. I just got consummed by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I have not been very faithful to dieting or exercising. In fact, I just had a laprascopic supracervical hysterectomy. I'm feeling great with the exception of this chronic heartburn. All I can come up with is that there is just not enough room at the inn for eating too much. I really believe losing weight this year was impossible because of the hormones I was putting in my body. I feel like now, I won't have as many issues. We'll see. I'm looking forward to what could happen. Here's hoping!!!
