December 29th, 2009

This is my first blog. I am trying to see if this works. Considering I am not very technology savvy, we will see.
I am wanting to start a blog for myself, but also to help support others in their fitness goals. I have tried every diet, but slowly lose interest. I love exercising and work hard when I do exercise. I am 42 years old and teach two classes at the YMCA. I am overweight by about 30-40 pounds. I would really like to see some changes in my body happen this year.
I get excited about making changes every year. I will diet for about 6 weeks and lose about 10-14 pounds. I would really like to make a difference this year. This year I would like to lose the 30 pounds I need to and keep it off. I got this idea after I taught one of my classes last week. What if we helped to support each other every day on the computer. What if I emailed with everyone.....then I rethought that to what about a blog? I am hoping that this will be helpful for all of you, but also for me. My big start day will be the beginning of January!!!!
